The Warriors Crime
Watch
is a youth led
crime prevention
program that functions
at Wayne High School,
Studebaker Middle
School, and Weisenborn
Middle School. The
students lead student
patrols, anonymous
crime reporting,
community action
projects, mentoring, role
modeling, and peer
teaching in the areas of
prevention. The students
address bullying, drugs,
alcohol, sexual
harassment, internet
safety, and violence in
their schools.

Summer Institute 2006
The middle school Crimewatchers visited the
Montissori Children's Center in May to teach
the students about Stranger Safety.
The Warriors Crime Watch students traveled
to Monticello Elementary School to conduct
Internet Safety presentations on May 25th. As
you can see in the photo we have some
musicians in the program.
The middle school program raised
$1,475.00 for URS through their rubber duck
sales. They also volunteered at the Rubber
Duck Regatta at Riverscape.
The Crime Watch takes
home a second place
trophy for their music
video "This is Your
Life" at the Buckeye
Ranch Film Festival.
