Officer Neil is 36 years old and has served with the
Huber Heights Police Division for six years. He
has been a police officer for over 14 years and
during his career he has been assigned as a road
patrol officer, crime scene investigator, detective,
and now his best assignment ever, a School
Resource Officer for the "Wayne Warriors".

His children both
attend Beavercreek
High school, and
take part in all of the
Wayne Crime Watch
functions & trips.
Officer Neil and his wife,
Gloria, have been happily
married since 1988. They
have two children. Nadia
is 15 and Richard Jr. is
13. He and his wife both
attended Tecumseh H.S.
The Warriors Crime Watch
groups from Studebaker and
Weisenborn Middle Schools
recently gave me (Officer
Neil) the stuffed "Monkey
Patient" after some recent
medical problems. The
monkey was stuffed with love,
according to the birth
certificate, at the Build a Bear
store. Thank you very much
for your kind words, prayers,
and the monkey.
